Xuanyu Wang is a joint PhD student by Xi’an Jiaotong University and City University of Hong Kong. His foremost research interest is Augmented Reality. Currently, his research focuses on Augmented Reality remote interaction, as he believes this is the next generation of remote interaction after video conferencing. He is committed to implementing such a system in a mobile environment using simple equipment set-up.
He received a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Xi’an Jiaotong University in 2018. And in the same year, started his postgraduate study in XJTU. In the second year of his postgraduate study, he participated in the joint PhD program by XJTU and CityU under the supervision of Prof. Christian Sandor.
